Financial Information

Dr. Piepenbring, Dr. Whitten,  and our staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal and endodontic services available today. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.

For procedures with a fee of $200 or less, our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service.  For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit and debit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover).  If you have dental insurance coverage, we will gladly file your claim electronically.  We will estimate your portion of the fee, as we ask that you pay your portion at the time of treatment.  If insurance pays more than our estimate, we will issue you a refund.  If they pay less, we will send you a statement which is due on receipt.

If you do not have dental insurance and need to make extended payments, we offer a payment plan through Care Credit, an outside financing company.  Using Care Credit requires a simple application, but they must approve you in order to be eligible to use this service.

Live Oak Dental Specialists, Inc. does not participate in any provider dental networks, but we will gladly file your claim electronically for your convenience.  Payments may be made with cash, personal check, and bank draft, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard.
